Is GNR's album actually coming out this November?

Heard the story about one of the biggest rock bands in the world taking 15 years and a reported $13 million to make their next record? Well folks, that story might just have an ending this November.
After months of rabid speculation by fans, it looks like Guns 'n' Roses' mysterious, oft-delayed album Chinese Democracy may well have a release date - November 25.

According to Rolling Stone, the band are close to finalising an exclusive US deal with retail chain Best Buy to distribute the album. These rumours were fuelled by a recent Best Buy convention in Texas where GNR co-manager Andy Gould of Azoff Management played three new songs (the title track, 'There Was A Time' and 'If The World') to BB employees and were told November 23 was the day.
One employee used his phone to record the tracks, which are currently doing the rounds on the internet (albeit they're low quality). According to many fans' reviews, the new versions sound much better than the ones leaked back in June.
Gould also revealed 'If The World' will feature in the upcoming film Body of Lies starring Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio, which is released here on October 9.
Of course, the album's been so long coming, we won't believe it till we have it in our hands but this is the most solid evidence to date. As a rep from their label Universal Music told us back in June: "I'd say if it happens, it will be a rush release that we hear about 2 weeks in advance."
Earlier this month, former GNR axeman Slash revealed he'd already heard Chinese Democracy and it was good. Here's hoping he's not just being diplomatic.

That wasn't Gunners that came out last year - it was Axl Rose and the I love Axl show.
You at least need Axl, Slash and Duff together to call it Gunners.
