Paul's Fake Proposal - Right or Wrong?

Paul thought it would be funny to make a fake proposal to his girlfriend of 13 years. Have a listen and tell us what you think!
Paul and his girlfriend 'SK' have been with one another for 13 years and have lived together for 5 years. So the expectation is that marriage is just around the corner.
So for a joke Paul thought why not pretend to propose to 'SK' at her 30th in front of all the people that have been putting pressure on the couple to tie the knot.
Now to Paul's defense he did tell 'SK' about the joke before, but does that make it right? Have a listen and tell us what you think.
