It's a little known fact that Pete is a massive fan of the TV show Golden Girls, so no one was more upset than Peter Hellier on hearing the news that Estelle Getty had passed away.
Estelle played Sophia, the wise-cracking Sicilian mother of Dorothy in the show and quite often stole the lime-light from the three stars of the late 80's hit. This didn't go unnoticed, Estelle's delivery of those great one liners won her an Emmy for best supporting actress in 1988.
Now, meet Mark, a kid that wouldn't have been born when the Golden Girls first hit TV - Mark has now become famous for his emergency video blog about the passing of Estelle. Watch in bewilderment.
It takes passionate fans hours of their own time to stitch together these crepe-paper marvels, the banner that gets held up before each game for the team to run through. Triple M Footy's BT reckons they've had their day and should go the way of the drop kick!
